Really good food and I recommend it

Items on main plate were very good. Even the sweet tea was good, but the soft taco was cold on first bite. Maybe because it's served open faced with lettuce and a tomato slice on top of the meat..

Very good, authentic Mexican food. Well seasoned, large portions, and great prices. Family owned and operated. The hot wings, fajitas, burritos, shrimp dishes... everything is great. Enjoy.

This is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. The chips and salsa is good. Service is prompt and professional. The food tastes great to us! They sometimes let you purchase lunch portions and pay $1 more, but sometimes they do not let you do so. If you get the lunch grilled chicken quesadilla, it comes with rice and beans. If you get the supper portion, they give you 12” long quesadilla (it seems that long to me), but no sides. The green and red sauce enchiladas are both awesome! Check them out!

Hidden gem in Athens. The plates are huge and the food is amazing. Most folks will drive by this place but the few who venture in to try some of the best Mexican food around.

Ate here again. Food is excellent. Service was fast, but the server was less than friendly. She gave us good service, but for goodness sake, smile once in a while.

Had family to come visit and they wanted the best Mexican restaurant in Athens so we went to Los Reyes and the service was HORRIBLE. We were treated very unfairly; at least 4 families that came after us received their meals before we did. We even had to ask for refills!! Will NEVER patronize here again!! Wish I could give 0 stars

Have been going here for some time. This place is legit. Solid cooking, flavors, best value margarita in Athens, housemade hot sauce and salsa, and just quick enough to get in and out if you need. Offer call in take-out and more recently for me is using curbside pickup to minimize contact. Tip your server!

Everything was good until it was time to pay the bill. They let the waitresses decide on how much you will pay for a tip. It is the customer that decides on how much to leave based on service. If they want to make more money get a job that pays more than $3 an hour . We will not be going there again!!!

Great food! Awesome margarita for National Margarita Day! Their chilé rellano is the best ever!!!

Service was iffy, never received a refill on my drink. The Nacho Texanos was delicious! If you have no dietary restrictions please try it. It has been the only place in Athens that cooks it to my liking.

Always a great meal for a really good price! Around $10 a plate.

I've eaten here a few times before and it's always good. The waiter/waitress service is hit or miss. Today she was very good.

You want to see a little piece of heaven buried in a small Georgia town, this is your place. I was greeted in Spanish and told to sit anywhere. The service was almost as good as the cuisine. The flavour palate and presentation were spot on. Great food and a quiet atmosphere hidden next to a gas station. If you just drive by, you are missing out.

I have nothing to complain about. They have great service, food, and prices. It is located next to convenience store which kinda lowered my expectations, however I was pleasantly surprised on how good everything was. Have been back many times since, and quality/service is right on par.

We have been to the restaurant many times and keep on coming back. Love their real Mexican style food. The "Caldo 7 Mares" (seafood soup) and "Los Reyes Rib-Eye & Shrimp are a must! Staff and Service always super pleasant!

Went to lunch with some my coworkers and it was fabulous. The atmosphere was great, a lot of business people on lunch. Our orders were taken fairly quickly. I ordered the Chicken Burrito Supreme and a side of rice. Delicious and full as a tick is all I can say. I will definitely be back. Don't be alarmed the restaurant is connected to a gas station which seems to be the norm in this area. Enjoy, I did!! I really enjoy the food here but the place could use some renovating. The tables, chairs and booths are worn.

Delicious food and the waitresses are so sweet?

I was nervous to try this place. It’s old and run down looking on the outside. It shares a building with an old dirty gas station. HOWEVER, upon entering Los Reyes, I noticed how clean the inside was. It was BUSY, it was CLEAN, and it felt welcoming. We sat down and had our waitress immediately great us and grab our drink orders. We were welcomed with a hot and fresh basket of chips and a wonderfully flavored bowl of salsa. We ordered and the food came out fairly quick. It was loaded with flavor and very hot and fresh. I was so shocked at how much I enjoyed everything! I ordered a burrito that I ate on for two meals. Those were two meals where I ate enough to be almost painfully full afterwards. Since then, I have been back 4-5 times and I will continue to return. Very thankful to have such a convenient and well-ran restaurant so close to home!

The absolute best Mexican restaurant in the entire Athens region. Don’t be mislead by the fact that it is situated in a gas station/ mini truck stop.Great personal , but the food is second to none around here. Cannot wait for this ridiculous COVID 19 to pass so we can once again enjoy the dine in experience

It shares a building with a gas station. Might turn some off, but I have had luck with worse looking joints. And if a place is open and busy as long as this place has been, it is worth a shot. I recommend the mexican tacos (try the Lengua), the sopes, burritos, and chimichangas. The guacamole and other produce is fresh and delicious. I want to try the tortas and some of their specials looo delicious.
